CAN WE KEEP OUR GLASSES?
Yes, if your glasses fit well on your face, we invite you to take them, so you'll be more comfortable in flight (and avoid getting too much wind in your eyes during your flight). If you're not sure, we can provide you with lunates!
HOW LONG DOES THE ZIP LINE ACTIVITY LAST?
The Tyrolienne activity lasts around 45 minutes from the Pic Vert chairlift to the return to the resort via the Prélongis chairlift (summer only). It's important to arrive 10 minutes before yourscheduled flight time !
Can I go zip-lining on SKI or SNOWBOARD?
In winter, the zip line is accessible by ski or snowboard. It's easy: we'll send your equipment in specially designed bags!
At the end of the zipline, you join a green run (Chick run) or a red run (Rolande run)!
ARE THERE ANY WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS?
Yes, weight regulations are strict for safety reasons. Our operators may have to weigh you.
CAN WE FILM THE ZIP LINE DESCENT?
Yes, you can take a camera with you, as long as it's leashed to your wrist or held on a dedicated support. When you fly, your hands are free!
CAN I BENEFIT FROM THE "GROUP" DISCOUNT?

CAN WE BRING A BACKPACK?
Small backpacks up to 20l are allowed, provided they are not too heavy (max 7kgs).

Reservations can be made from the website 24 hours a day, for the same day or for any other day of the year. You can also come without prior reservation directly to the reception located on the snow front of Les Orres 1650m, or to the departure of the super zip line located at 2240m, at the top of the Pic vert chairlift.

DO I NEED TO HAVE A SPECIAL OUTFIT?
Please bring weather-appropriate clothing and footwear. We supply helmets and goggles. Sunglasses and goggles are recommended, so please bring your own.
DOES THE ZIP LINE WORK IN ALL WEATHER CONDITIONS?
Yes, except in case of storm or strong wind.
